I feel disappointed. When I wanted to hit the gym here, I was not allowed to enter the building unless I pay a daily or monthly pass even though I am a current full time student at USF. They said because of summer break. It just doesnβt make sense to me. I pay for a two-year program here but not allowed to enter the building during this period is just something that I canβt understand.

Nice fitness center with plenty of equipment and facilities. I especially like the pool and the natural light in the building.

I live nearby so this is the default choice gym. However if given option, I wouldnβt come here. The only advantage of this place is that itβs close. I donβt like that fact that it closes or has shortened operating hours literally at ever holiday and breaks you can think of, nonetheless, the fee is still the same. Secondly, the weight area is at the base level, very crowded at peak time. Some equipments are broken, and never fixed. But the biggest issue I have with this place, is how unsanitary it is - I left a photo as evidence - this is what the wipe looks like after wiping the weight bar. Half of the yoga mats look rugged and seems more unsanitary than simply laying on the floor. I donβt think they clean these equipments often at all. In fact, I mentioned it to a staff member once and nothing has happened. The second time I called it out to a staff, he simply said βoh we just donβt clean them, we have a schedule, and we just donβt do itβ. Can someone in charge please look into these things?

Well kept facility in middle of SF. Passed available for USF alumni, Seniors and Diabled people. I come mainly for the Olympic swimming pool Itβs great for practice swimming 25yard laps. Has deep ends to 13ft for practicing deep dives. The gym has all other facilities for working out, stretching, combative and martial arts, basketball and volleyball courts.
